My name is Hila Pazner and I am a licensed psychologist. I specialize in conducting neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessments, including those for:

My Approach
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and thorough. I consider both an individual’s strengths and needs, and the role of the family, school, and other systems. I do not take insurance and am OOP, but I can provide a superbill at the end of the evaluation to receive out-of-network reimbursement. I am happy to discuss your clients’ needs one-on-one to see if it would be a good fit.

My Background
I received my PhD in educational psychology from UC Berkeley. I have experience working in numerous settings, including school districts and at the Children’s Clinic in Portland. I have also held instructorships for graduate-level courses and most recently was part of the clinical faculty at UC Berkeley’s school psychology doctoral program. My unique experience in both school and medical systems has provided me with a deep understanding of child and adolescent development. I have a wide knowledge base of services and interventions that benefit neurodivergent individuals.
