Hila Pazner, Ph.D.

Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Pazner has been practicing psychology since 2016. She has extensive experience administering psychoeducational assessments and providing psychological services to students from all developmental stages and backgrounds.

She specializes in assessing and working with children and adolescents with learning disabilities (such as Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia), Intellectual Disabilities, giftedness, ADHD, autism, and behavioral and social-emotional difficulties, including anxiety and depression.

Dr. Pazner holds Ph.D. and M.A. degrees in educational psychology from UC Berkeley, and a B.A. in psychology from UCLA. She has experience working in numerous settings, including school districts and most recently at the Children’s Clinic in Portland.

She has also held instructorships for graduate-level courses at the University of San Francisco and CSU East Bay, and most recently was part of the clinical faculty at UC Berkeley’s school psychology doctoral program. She has also mentored and supervised practicum students and interns during their graduate training.
